From Columbia, SC
Take I-26 toward Charleston
Take Exit 145-A to Orangeburg, which is US 601 & St. Matthews Road. It will change to Magnolia Street after coming into the city (approximately 5 miles)

After passing Claflin University & South Carolina State University, turn right at the traffic light at McDonalds as US 601 joins US 301 (John C. Calhoun Drive) Follow John C. Calhoun Drive for approximately 2 lights. At second light turn right onto Middleton St.(Office – Rachelle’s Island will be on your left) take a quick left onto Fischer St.and Thee Matriarch will be on your left.

 From Charleston, SC
Take I-26 W toward Columbia
Take Exit 154-A to Orangeburg, which is US 301

Follow US 301 (John C. Calhoun Drive) into the city (about 6-7 miles) Pass McDonalds on the right. Follow John C. Calhoun Drive for approximately 2 lights.

At second light turn right onto Middleton St.(Office – Rachelle’s Island will be on your left) take a quick left onto Fischer St.and Thee Matriarch will be on your left.

 From I-95 North
Take I-26 W Exit 86B toward Columbia
Take Exit 154-A to Orangeburg

Follow US 301(John C. Calhoun Drive) into Orangeburg (about 6-7 miles) Pass McDonalds on the right Follow John C. Calhoun (US 301) Drive for approximately 2 lights.

At the second light turn right onto Middleton St.(Office – Rachelle’s Island will be on your left) take a quick left onto Fischer St.and Thee Matriarch will be on your left.

 From I-95 South
Take Exit 97 toward Orangeburg
That will put you on US 301(John C. Calhoun Drive)

 Follow Highway US 301 into Orangeburg (about 6-7 miles) Pass McDonalds on the right Follow John C. Calhoun (US 301) Drive for approximately 2 lights.

At the second light turn right onto Middleton St. (Office – Rachelle’s Island will be on your left) take a quick left onto Fischer St.and Thee Matriarch will be on your left.

 Driving Directions from Columbia Metropolitan Airport
          I-26E to Orangeburg
  • Exit parking booth, curve to left.
  • There will be a sign directing to Columbia and Lexington in the far right two lanes.
  • Stay in farthest right lane to Columbia. This will take you to John Hardee Expressway.
  • At traffic light, take a left onto Highway 302 which is also Airport Blvd.
  • Get into right hand lane.
  • Take a right onto Highway I-26 East. At about two miles I-26 will split.
  • For Orangeburg / Charleston, SC, stay on I-26 East in the two right hand lanes.
